Police investigating reports of shotgun cartridges being left outside homes in a Newtownards estate have made an arrest.
Detective Inspector Corrigan said: “Following a search at a property in the Newtownards area on Wednesday 19th June, a 36 year old man was arrested on suspicion of intimidation and possessing ammunition without a certificate. He remains in police custody at this time. A number of items were taken away following the search for further examination.
