The online system is in line with the Technology and Innovation-Based Digital Government initiative under the Hala Tuju SMJ.With this system in place, the application, inquiry and approval process related to telecommunications infrastructure will be carried out digitally, increasing operational efficiency and speeding up the service delivery process.
