That's 20 units of affordable housing at the cost of hundreds of units that lose their quality, that lose their value, because they no longer have a view.
“We've been operating in the same sort of political framework where it's well understood by our elected officials that we're in more of a housing crisis than a view cone or a shadowing crisis... It finally feels like we're getting there, but we're not quite there yet.” “And then finally, and probably most importantly, we all must be involved. There has to be wide public engagement as wide or wider than we did back in 1988 or '89. We have to talk to tens of thousands of people.
