Nga Kor Ming: Govt to launch big data Super App for housing development in 2025

Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming today announced that the government is currently developing a big data analytics-driver Super App for housing development. Meant as a reference tool for developers, buyers and architects for new housing development projects, the Super App will launch in 2025.

According to Bernama, Nga said that the Super App will help buyers check developers' backgrounds, including the background of new residential areas that will be built. Meanwhile, for developers, it will help manage their business more effectively and ensure that housing projects are developed in suitable areas.

The KPKT Minister added that the Super App will improve the ease of developers doing business and help them make more accurate decisions. As such also helps reduce property overhang as through the big data analysis, KPKT will know which areas are suitable for what types of products and houses, so developers can base their feasibility studies on this data analysis.
