Stagecoach regularly double and treble the pensioner bus passes when they get on the busses to the government, once an person get on and presents card to machinery for scanning it will scan and charge the government more than once!
the same things happened in China too.The isolated people may not have enough food in stock to go through the virus.First period is a bit chaos. Slowly, the local governors started to build a system to deliver food to those who are not allowed to go out.
