French supermarket giant Carrefour is now working with Uber Eats to ease the pressure on lockdown deliveries

Trying to find a supermarket delivery slot has become an everyday problem across many homes in the U.K. and Europe, but French supermarket giant, Carrefour, has come up with a new solution–to team up with Uber Eats to deliver basic essentials within 30 minutes.

that the trial will begin on April 6 and take place across 15 Carrefour stores in the Paris region. Customers can order on the Uber Eats application or on the Uber Eats website. They will also be able to order by phone between the hours of 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. They will be able to order cleaning products as well as household groceries.
