This is shocking. Unless arrangements had been made, the landlord should prepare eviction paperwork; and as soon as the eviction moratorium is lifted, move forward putting these grifters out of their property. They have *no right* to unilaterally decide not to pay rent.
I have gotten no payment for 3 months, but I have to delay recourse until after this or tread very carefully. The person renting my property was already scamming me and is now taking advantage.
More fake news. Multi-family numbers for 5 days is meaningless because many payments aren't considered late for 10 days or more. need to look at 15 day data to draw conclusions.
