Always clear lenses in hindsight. Stage 4 was never seriously looked at earlier due to damage to economy. Who knew that 800 out of 3000 people would leave the house with a +ve COVID19 Who knew that mixed message from the media would lead to a poor stage 3?

Poorly argued lazy journalism - does not even countenance the probability of a spike when Stage 4 lifted or that Stage 3 was working as intended, albeit a bit slower than impatient egocentric Premier may have preferred. 2% of ICU capacity doesn't = a state of a disaster does it?
