University Professor’s have put together what might be on the list of stage five restrictions including the closure of all construction, shopping limited to once a week and compulsory mask wearing in homes. “We know the extreme majority, 99 per cent of people are going follow the rules,” he said. “We know that the reason all of these stupidities have been put back in place is because of the failures of the state government.
