A man has appeared in a South Australian court charged with the shooting murders of his teenage son and his son's girlfriend.The man's father has been charged with two counts of murderThe young woman and the man, both aged 19, were visiting a property at Mount McIntyre near Millicent in the state's south-east when they were killed on Saturday night.
The young man's 46-year-old father was charged with their murders and today appeared via video link in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court, but cannot be named for legal reasons. The man did not make an application for bail and remains in custody, and is expected to reappear in court in December."This just isn't fair you were taken away from us like this," one friend wrote on social media.
"Students … have rallied together to support each other as they grieve over the loss," the principal wrote.
