James Cameron's prized Malibu compound, a collection of two mansions that he’s owned for decades, just hit the market.

In addition to the two homes, the decorated director has owned plenty of undeveloped land in Malibu.

He began buying parcels after the release of “Titanic” in 1997 and eventually amassed a collection of 730 acres of ranchland in the Santa Monica Mountains with plans to eventually develop it into a family sanctuary called “Tranquility Base,”He eventually put the land on the market for $25 million in 2007, and the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority bought 703 acres for $12 million in 2014 with plans to preserve the property as open space,Cameron, 66, has received 21 Academy Awards...

Am I supposed to give one sht about this? Cause I don’t. Must be nice to live somewhere, where your biggest concern is James Cameron’s mansions.

Poor guy things must be tough. Why you would want two mansions on one piece of property is just plain gosh.
