Value of some homes in Bristol is up by 120%, says Rightmove, but down in parts of Scotland

Homeowners in the Easton area of Bristol have experienced the UK’s biggest increase in house prices in the last decade – up 120% – while those in Nairn, Scotland, had the largest decrease.

The 'winners and losers' emphasis in this article is really crass and unnecessary.

Well those cities are the more populated ones. I think that's quite understandable house prices would increase. And why am I not surprised? Almost all the areas are in London. Everyone just move to Bradford. 😂

but salaries haven't increased at the same rate
