To be backed by Tory party donors when borrowers fall into arrears and/or negative equity!!. Can’t see lenders going for this. Fair rents are a better idea so people can afford a roof over their heads a fundamental human right.

As someone hoping to own a home, making mortgages cheaper is nice, but all BorisJohnson is doing is increasing demand for housing while keeping supply the same. This will only raise house prices beyond there current highest. 10DowningStreet needs to build more homes!
