Disgusting.. Either move out, or withhold rent until they fix it. I have similar issue, not to that extent. But frustrating when you just get passed around.
Cos they are filthy people who don't do any cleaning? Spray some mould remover and it won't come back for a few months at least.
Looks to me like the tenant had no idea what 'housework' means.

The only truly way to get rid of mould and damp is to knock the building down and rebuild it but housing company’s and council’s down south of England are all horrendous
