The family and friends of AJ Elfalak - who was missing for three days - burst into tears and cheered after hearing the three-year-old was found alive near a creek on the family's rural property.

“He was all wet and he was drinking water. The creek is probably 500 metres.

His other three sons jumped into their father's arms after hearing the news their brother had been located. AJ has been checked over by paramedics in an ambulance in his mother's arms. He will be taken by air ambulance to Singleton Hospital where he is likely to stay overnight for precautionary checks. Picture: 7 News.

"We prayed this morning, my wife just came back from the monastery and prayed and look what happens. It's a miracle," he said. Mr Elfalak says the family will celebrate with a"big party" on one of the big hills on their property.
