carawaters Simple carrots. What about the rural regions?

carawaters Who is going to fund the reduced rents etc, they can't forced landlords who need to pay their mortgage. Yarra council which is Green was pushing to charge small business $5K for the floating stalls for outside dining. Conflicting views. Greens do not have a real world view

carawaters Wonder whether part of Northcote golf course might be under consideration for rezoning to allow affordable housing development? The contract with Northcote_GC will soon expire and Darebin looking at opening it up for other uses. Might this be a possibility. Anyone know?

carawaters if the Yarra is anything to go by, Greens should have zero input on business and development.
