The real estate company is expected to take root in the city of Ibadan and spread its operations across Nigeria in the coming years.
One of such projects is D’Armani Plaza in Ibadan. The ground breaking on the plaza site had been done and construction work is being accelerated, while delivery date is set to be June, 2022. “In the next one to four months, investors, buyers and sellers should expect projects to spring up in Moniya, Aerodrome, Bodija, Apata, all in Ibadan and Ibeju Lekki in Lagos, according to the company’s Managing Director, Otunba Kazeem Raheem.
He said the company is excited to bridge the gap of housing deficit. “We are set to open up Nigerians to the realities and possibilities of owning their own properties with ease,” he said. Raheem added: “D’Armani Real estate’s mission is to modernise and advance the experience of buying, selling and developing real estate in Nigeria. We have properties that everyone can afford.”
