After eight years on the social housing waitlist, Aunty Donna and her young grandson are thrilled to be spending Christmas in their new home in Coffs Harbour.

Aunty Donna said years of persistent phone calls, emails and texts to public housing authorities had finally paid off, as she would now be able to provide a better home life for herself and Markell.
