RTE Prime Time viewers were left outraged after Tuesday night's show dedicated to Ireland's housing crisis.The guests debated the cause and impacts of the housing crisis on middle-aged and young people struggling to afford to buy a home and the consequences this will have on society in the future.

A second wrote: "So Conor Skeehan's answer is for people like Megan to move away from Dublin if they want to buy a house? What about if they want to stay and work there and be close to family? What they need is choice and the housing issue addresed with affordable options to buy in Dublin" "Forget about 40 years ago, there is no such thing as 'it's not as bad as you think' when a whole generation is living with their parents until the age of 30", one viewer wrote.
