After 20 years, homeowners Rob and Wendy Procter are selling the gadget-filled property for "another adventure" and for "someone else to enjoy it".The asking price is $10 million.

"We've been walking up those 63 stairs for 40 years carrying shopping in the rain, that's the answer," Mr Procter said."I think he'd find it inspirational," Ms Procter said.It look five miners to carve out the tunnel."We can turn the lights on, open the doors, turn on the music, anything in the house," Mr Procter saidTo build the tunnel, the Procters employed five opal miners from Lightning Ridge.
