Authorities are warning that a renewed flood threat for parts of the already sodden NSW Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast could be life threatening as some residents are moved to higher ground and an evacuation centre reopens.
"It will be a period of heavy rainfall with a risk of significant flash flooding and riverine flooding across the north and north-east of NSW."
