Monthly house prices grew 1.4 per cent in March - the biggest increase in six months - according to Halifax. Average property prices reached record high of £282,753 in March - a £43,577 rise since start of pandemic.
The March property price rise comes despite the Bank of England raising interest rates from 0.5% to 0.75%. However experts believe rate of growth may slow later this year as the UK's cost of living crisis begins to bite
So let’s bring in more people and make the house demand and prices rocket even more so that the poorer middle class can’t even afford them, with the poor living on the streets. 👏👏👏
Absolute disgrace.
