A Leeds residential community sells for $18.9 million

The Cottages on Weaver Avenue, a newly constructed built-to-rent community located in Leeds, has sold for $18.9 million.A newly-built rental community in Leeds has been sold for $18.9 million.

Tower Homes and Price Hightower sold the property, while Morrison Avenue Capital Partners, a Tampa-based investment group, bought the property. Cushman & Wakefield’s Parker Caldwell, Jimmy Adams and Craig Hey represented the sellers.
