The whole house is just incredible

Our home is clean, minimal, sleek - it is a small space so we wanted it to be clutter free, calm and pared back.We wanted to maximise the living space but also have the ability to repurpose a room for different reasons in the future - that room is the separate living room.

As is so often the case with these projects we did go over budget. Some of that was by choice however and we were happy with that decision as it allowed us to take opportunity to make some additions to the original plans. We felt that these would be a long-term gain for the property or a future homeowner and the only time to do it was during a renovation e.g. we added extra insulation, sound proofing, reroofed and things like a Staighre into the attic for extra storage.

What we have now is perfectly fine but when you live in a home you find that there are certain sockets you gravitate more to by virtue of the seating arrangements, for example and it would have been handy to include new / additional sockets there.
