I think I’m turning into a homesteader! Last night, I was shopping for power tools for MYSELF! I have found DIY palette ideas on Pinterest and well…my poor husband is going along with it all. First, it all started when my daughter’s apartment complex had new roofing installed and I notice ALOT of empty pallets laying around. Hhmmmm!
We are in the middle of our spring-growing season around here. It’s that time when you can look out and see the results of all of our hard work! This is my happy place! Since I began a “mostly” plant-based diet vegetables are my life and the more the merrier. I still have a lot of food insecurities leftover from 2010 so knowing that we have options helps a lot with that anxiety.
