It sold for $4.2m.
The Boyds spared no expense on the home, which was listed as having seamless indoor-outdoor living and entertaining space plus loads of natural light in an area coveted by professionals due to its proximity to the CBD.AFTER: The view from the pool after construction with some plantings yet to take hold.
The home was listed by Drew Davies of Place Ascot as having a “palatial master suite” with his and hers showers and walk-in robe, a guest suite near the entry and a “breathtaking, designer kitchen with large butler’s pantry”.The stunning kitchen saw no expense spared in its creation.Among Boyds other renovation successes is his former home 78 Harding Street in Hendra which he sold for $1.86m in February 2020.
It’s unclear as yet if the rugby league giant has sealed his next big project, though it would not be a surprise if he lined up his favourite builders Graya to help him kick it out of the park.
