A HOMES UNDER THE HAMMER buyer managed to boost the value of their property by £34,000 despite the property being 'completely overrun with Japanese knotweed'. The owner of the three-bedroom mid-terraced property in Bilston town centre, Wolverhampton spent just over £25,000 updating the property.

The front room was repainted and the damp issue were removed12 months later the room was completely transformed
