House prices have come down considerably in the past few weeks in my area. I'll doubt we'll see a crash like there was in 2007/08 but it'll be great to see houses priced a bit more sensibly.

Doesn't matter if it is or not - it's still not a good idea to buy property, at least for your primary residence.
