There is a butt load of unused Properties, mansions, hotels, motels, empty office buildings dotting the landscape all over this province. Want to make a change those are the properties that can be used to make that change, and fast!
What an interesting way of saying 'my removal of rent controls has had a devastating effect on housing by causing developers to focus solely on new builds while allowing existing properties, still forced to follow rent control guidelines, to deteriorate into an unusable state.

Ford is still an idiot, Investors owned 21.6% of total housing stock in 2020 and 34.7% of homes built after 2016. 1 in 5 homes in Ontario are investor-owned, but they managed to scoop 1 in 3 new homes. Investor owners are a disproportionately large share of new homeownership.
