About 2,000 displaced Ukrainians have made Manitoba their home since Russia's attack began, according to the province.

Yurii Kashperskyi, a former banker from Ukraine, has lived in Manitoba for just over two weeks, but already has a job at ECBVerdyol. The CEO of the company, which has factories in Blumenort and Riverton, is working to ensure displaced Ukrainians have gainful employment.
