Both servicemen have expressed remorse over their actions, said the Republic of Singapore Navy in a Facebook post on Thursday on how it has completed its investigations on the incident. The two men, who were caught on video claiming to be"student volunteers" and asking for donations past midnight on June 25, were revealed to be navy regulars.

They had loitered outside flats smoking, and prepared what they would say before repeating the lie to a resident who opened her door.The navy said:"The RSN holds our service personnel to high standards of discipline and integrity, and expects them to be law-abiding citizens.

Thats a simple, good excuse, luckily he didnt molest or rape, and give the same excuse.... Hope the Navy can provides them Free beer, so this will not happen n disgrace to s'pore Navy, Or increase their pay, good thing they only ask fr donations then to rob.
