The parochial church council were bound by legal covenants to instead sell it to the highest bidder, a couple who moved from Snowdonia to open an outdoor pursuits and yoga centre in the building after buying it for £185,000 - an amount the charity could not match.
So tied housing and what happens if they find better employment or aren't able to work any more? People's homes shouldn't be dependent on their employment. The charity should be ashamed
