Same way Tinubu & LCC placed toll gate on Lekki Ajah express way. Lagos later paid LCC off, but today LCC still collects money from the Tollgate. The fund goes into private pockets, Seyi Tinubu (Son of BAT) and Sunday Dare (Minister of YS) are major know beneficiaries
