The nearly 2-acre Warren Lanes property along Memorial Parkway continues to be listed for $2 million, according to online commercial real estate records.

before the Phillipsburg Land Use Board for a 24-hour QuickChek store and gas station at the site of Warren Lanes, 671 Memorial Parkway.

The popular bowling alley has been in the town since the late 1950s and is currently owned by Nationwide Bowling Center. LoopNet, a commercial real estate website, began listing the 2-acre property for sale in 2021 for $2 million. In February 2021, Reese Bowling Centers took over the lease of Warren Lanes.
