If it's not going to be at least 18,000 seats, it's useless to build

Remember the Rosecrans Corridor Mobility Study back in 2009 ? And the one before it ? What's been done ? NOTHING.

Need a confimation that neither the Mayor nor any council member benefits from the selection. Then a independent audit performed to verify.

This sounds like a bad idea

It’s wayyy too small, it’s an embarrassing joke! It MUST be at least 18,000 minimum. For crissake Fresno has a larger arena!! Small downward thinking from SD “leadership” never ends in this city! It’s unbelievable..

Sports arena for what, there's only one professional team left in SD...

How are they going to provide more ingress and egress roads to accomodate 4250 new homes (and likely many more people than that)? Oh yeah, they're not.

You realize 16,000 is small city energy and not enough to recruit a professional sports franchise , at that point turn it all into residential.

And where are all the homeless people go?

This project SHOULD open only for SD residents not for out of states investors other wise just another development for business and created more traffic.

Arena sounds great but that much housing in an overly congested area is a disaster. People please think b4 u vote!

Are we all riding bikes to concerts ? I didn’t see any parking

Who's paying for it?

more traffic for that area? omg
