Ford also says he wants the ongoing passport backlog fixed and will bring it up with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during their meeting at the Ontario legislature.Hospitals across the province are in crisis as emergency departments have closed for hours or even days this summer due to a nursing shortage.
Ontario is on the verge of passing legislation that would force patients in hospital awaiting long-term care to nursing homes not of their choosing on a temporary basis. The province has also said it will revamp the health-care system with more publicly covered surgeries performed at private clinics and make it easy for internationally trained nurses to begin working here.
Talking! That’s about alll that will happen while completely demolish the so-called sickcare system. Take away affordable housing and flood Ontario with immigrants who gets all the benefits. Citizens must live on the streets while immigrants get free housing.
I'm not sure this will be an intelligent conversation.
Sure Mr Ford discuss what you should have discussed & done something 4 yrs ago! You have done nothing for Health Care & Long Term Care & Education. Which are all Provincial responsibilities! You use Transfer payments from Feds to do everything else but help underpaid workers!
So he’s going to talk about three things he knows nothing about. Sounds about right and a colossal waste of time for JustinTrudeau
How about getting the Pilot and the others out of Punta Cana!!!! They’ve been detained there since April 5th for God sakes!!! THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB!!! JustinTrudeau RCMPONT
How about discussing the ban at the borders of the unvaccinated affecting the economy, unscientific quarantine of unvaccinated Canadians and the useless ArriveCAN fordnation .
Cage fight!
Dougie needs to understand health care is his provincial problem to fix not the federal government's problem to fix for him. Get off your ass Doug!
