Isn’t the housing crunch because people can’t afford them, maybe try and figure out how to get people a better living wage or why places are having a hard time finding staff

That wouldn't even solve Victoria's housing problems...

Government moves slowly but this current one at least isn't cutting everything and adding new taxes disguised as 'service charges'. Hate them all you want people but you know you'd be in a worst position without all they have done for us Canadians through the pandemic.

Maybe he'll get the lumber from his 2 billion trees. Oh right. Maybe he'll use some of the clean drinking water. Oh right. Pathetic little man.

He can't plant trees, how can he build houses?

For whom? Foreign investors? We need homes for people who live in Canada, for primary homes, not investment properties or for laundering crime money.

Yes, but how many of those houses will actually be affordable?
