“The crew started CPR right away,” said Canmore fire chief Lance Bushie. “Unfortunately, by the time they got to the hospital the man did pass away.”

Canmore fire chief Lance Bushie said crews were called to a rental property around 9:30 p.m. Monday night on reports that a man had potentially been electrocuted while in an outdoor hot tub. Bushie said the property has a number of rental units with a common courtyard where the outdoor hot tub is located.on Kananaskis Way on reports of a possible electrocution. Police said the man was a 25-year-old resident of Saskatchewan.
