The program – called the Community Affordable Loan Solution – will be available to people in certain predominantly Black and Hispanic neighborhoods in Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles and Miami. There are no limits on the number of loans involved in the program; any property must be located in census tracts that are more than 50% African American or Hispanic, the bank said. "Homeownership strengthens our communities and can help individuals and families to build wealth over time," AJ Barkley, head of neighborhood and community lending for Bank of America, said in a statement.
Little discrimination going on now we will have to bail out another bank seen this before, when they financed homes knowing the people could not pay the note.

When my son bought his home, we had more money in our BofA accounts than the cost of the home but did not want to pull out that much cash. We tried to get a $35k loan from them and they rejected us. BofA is a trash bank.
Logic is if you can’t afford the down payment, you’ll be able to make the monthly payment. Another bailout on the horizon
