"Very surprised I got a lot of phone calls saying your property is on the news, your name is on the news," said Roza, whose family has owned the building for more than 40 years.
"Too often unscrupulous landlords and operators perpetuate the violence by their refusal to take responsibility for appropriate preventive and protective measures," LAPD Chief Michel Moore said in a statement. However, Roza said the authorities were not telling the whole story. Roza said that the apartment has remained vacant for months following the search by police. Since then, she has been working with the City Attorney's office to remedy the issue.
Roza said she has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars remodeling her apartment complex. She hoped to make it a nice place for people to live.
Are they gonna shut it down?

Honestly I don't know how anyone would want to own any rental properties in Los Angeles with all the liberal policies intacked for all the corrupt politicians to launder their stolen money.
I see C.R.A.S.H is still alive and active. Not the first time LAPD does this. Especially in this area!
I hope that she gets protection and goes into incognito mode. This report will probably lead to retaliation and deterioration of the property and her soul.
