Ex NRL star offloads classic Byron home NRLFinals

Former Sydney Roosters NRL star turned entrepreneur Aidan Guerra has sold his Byron Bay property.

Guerra, who is involved in the local pilates studio Fluidform Byron, offloaded the home in just three weeks, ­securing $1,425,000.It was promptly put up for rent at $850 a week, which represented a 5.5 per cent yield. The 1985 built home is set in 620sq m of landscaped gardens and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large private yard on its 620sq m block.Sydney’s most popular streets revealedThe much traded home will now have its seventh different owner since the turn of the century including Saint Philomela Crystal Rainbow. It went backwards in price in 2005 when it was picked up for $387,000, having previously sold for $440,000 in 2002.The home fetched $1,425,000. Source: realestate.com.
