It won’t be long before the whole place is just one big mall with high-end condos.

It’s good to hear they plan to maintain the historical significance and that shows will continue to be produced there. I have fond memories of hanging out at the Farmer’s Market for tickets and seeing the greats like Sonny & Cher.
