A man’s body has been recovered in floodwaters in rural New South Wales.

He is yet to be formally identified, but is believed to be a missing 63-year-old man last seen in Hillston on October 11. The body was sighted on a rural property at Wallanthery, 35 kilometres north-east of where he went missing. The discovery came hours after Victorian authorities confirmed a 65-year-old man died in floodwaters near Shepparton.
