Yeah I hate seeing houses or apartments in poor conditions. The owners should care about the tenants regardless of their income! Quit being cheap

Toughening HUD inspection is , from day one, dumping problem of Section 8 recipients to landlords. It shouldn’t be different than normal tenants, if welfare people act responsibly.
