“We are calling them unicorn blocks or family heirloom lots, as once they are bought they will probably stay in the family for generations,” Mr Condon said.
“They are breathtaking sites, looking over the parks and waterways in the estate, and the elevated homes will have uninterrupted ocean views,” Mr Condon said. The Cape also recently completed a residents’ farm that will produce an estimated $150,000 worth of fruit, herbs and vegetables each year.
