A man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with an incident in Co Wexford in which a nine-year-old boy was attacked by a dog.while playing with his friends close to his home in Enniscorthy on Sunday afternoon.
Gardaí say as a result of an investigation into subsequent related matters, a man aged in his 20s was arrested on Tuesday morning under the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.Officers say they are continuing to investigate all the circumstances of the incident and investigations are ongoing.
