ISKANDAR PUTERI: The Malaysian My Second Home programme could reduce the number of overhang properties in the state, says Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor .

"We urge that the Federal Government could reactivate the MMSH programme, which had been suspended for the past three years. "We also encourage developers to come forward and provide suggestions on how we could solve the problem of unsold properties," he said. He said the potential loss of revenue to the state was enormous, especially since Johor was a popular MMSH destination.
