Fishamble Street site previously designated for ‘mom and pop developer’ scheme

In July 2018, the council decided to use the site for its first “modular” apartment scheme for social housing. Tenders were sought for prefabricated “rapid delivery” apartments which would have a 60-year lifespan. However, the following February the council said it would not go ahead with the scheme due to spiraling construction costs. The council had set aside a budget of €1.

Lies. It's to be redeveloped as immigrant accommodation under the homeless infrastructure where the tax payer will foot all bills including free meals to aid the states continuous mass immigration campaign. This has been done all over Dublin. Where do you think immigrants are?

Should be used for low cost rental for key workers not for people who mote than likely will never work. They don't need to be housed in the city centre.

At least they deliver what they promise

Luxury crack dens for junkies
