Robinsons Land Corp. and DMCI Homes Inc. announced Tuesday the completion of the structural work for their joint venture project in Las Piñas City.
“As of November, finishing work is already being done on the lap pool, leisure pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, game, play area among other amenities,” DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said. RLC and DMCI Homes, which recently celebrated the topping out of the 40-storey structure called Cadence building, expect to generate up to P5.55 billion from the sales of the said building.
RLC Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Chad Sotelo also shared the same view. “We’re taking advantage of that moment where development in the south is going to pick up.”
