Nanaimo is one of the five fastest growing municipal areas in the country. The mayor says it is time to move those projects forward.In Courtenay, Mayor Bob Wells says there are"a ton" of projects the municipality wants to complete.

Perpetual growth is an unsustainable

No more housing more housing means more problems less services like doctors etc higher prices of everything and you will never satisfy the unquenchable need for housing with over eight billion people and counting the real issues should too many people

Duh who wouldn't want a larger tax base to play with.
